Q. How will Signature Framed and Limited Editions be shipped?
A. Signature Framed Prints and Limited Editions will be shipped through USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days).
Q. Do you allow international shipping?
A. No International Shipping. Except for digital image files sent on a DVD.
Q. How will general Shop items be shipped?
A. General shop items will be shipped through USPS Standard Mail (2-9 day service) or USPS First Class Mail (2-3 day service) at weight under 13 ounces.
Q. Will my order be tracked in the mail?
A. Orders over $30 USD will be provided with a tracking number within the Mainland United States.
Items sent through First Class Mail will be provided with a tracking number within the Mainland United States.
Q. How will a digital image be shipped?
A. You can recieve your digital images through Email, Dropbox, or on a DVD through Mail Delivery.
Q. How will digital images be recieved through email?
A. Images will be sent to the email address you provide.
Q. What if the email is too big to recieve on my email service or I don't recieve the email?
A. Contact Graeme Simpson Images at graeme@graemesimpsonimages.com, as another delivery option such as Dropbox or Mail Delivery can be provided.
Q. How will digital images be recieved through Dropbox?
A. Files will be shared through a link or a folder to your dropbox account.
Q. Do I need a dropbox account?
A. No Dropbox account is required. But you still need to provide your email address so you can be sent the download link to the image.
Q. What if I have trouble recieving the image?
A. Contact Graeme Simpson Images at graeme@graemesimpsonimages.com for assistance. If you are still unable to recieve the image through Dropbox another delivery option such as email or mail delivery can be provided.
Q. How will digital images be Shipped by Mail?
A. Images will be sent on a DVD through USPS First Class Mail (2-3 day service) where avaliable.
Q. How much will Mail Shipping of a digital image cost?
A. Mail Shipping of a digital image is free.
Q. Do you allow pick ups?
A. Graeme Simpson Images does not allow pick ups. Online or Shipping only.
Q. What if an item is lost or damaged in the mail?
A. Contact Graeme Simpson Images at graeme@graemesimpsonimages.com for a replacement or refund.
Q. What is your Refunds/Return Policy?
A. The custom type of products sold by Graeme Simpson Images relate to art photo creations, and are non-refundable as custom works. Items damaged or lost in shipping will be replaced or refunded as soon as possible.
All returns for replacement must follow the conditions below:
• Products should be returned as recieved in package.
• Graeme Simpson Images will not accept items that have been damaged after the product arrives in perfect condition.
• All items must be returned as advised by Graeme Simpson Images with photo proof of damage.
• All related fees (including shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Please allow up to three weeks for replacement, depending on the size of the order placed.
• Claims for missing products must be reported to Graeme Simpson Images within 10 days from the date the item is shipped.
